Gabriel Square Management Company is committed to transparent, resident-led governance that ensures accountability and adherence to established standards. Our governance framework is structured around several key components.


As a registered company, we operate under a formal set of Articles of Association, which are available for download on this website.

We hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) where residents can review performance, discuss strategic priorities, and participate in decision-making. AGM minutes are available for download, ensuring you remain informed about major decisions affecting the community.

We also provide copies of Annual Accounts to provide full transparency to leaseholders about the contributing elements of the Service Charge.

Company


The company is managed by a committee, chaired by our Director, which meets approximately once a month to address operational matters and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

This committee operates under clearly defined Terms of Reference, also available for download on this site.

The committee also prepares a Company Plan outlining our priorities for the following few years, and we review this plan at least once a a year.

While minutes of these monthly meetings are recorded, full details are kept confidential in line with privacy laws; redacted versions can be provided upon request.
