Company documents
The Articles of Association act as a set of internal rules and regulations that govern how the company operates, defining the procedures for managing its affairs, including appointing directors, handling financial records, and outlining the rights and responsibilities of shareholders, essentially serving as the company's constitution for internal governance.
Articles of Association
The Articles of Association for Gabriel Square Management Company Ltd were adopted in June 2017 when the company was incorporated by the developer, and can be downloaded from this link.
Our Annual General Meetings (AGMs) serves several essential functions within the framework established by the Articles of Association. These meetings provide a platform for shareholders to discuss the company's performance over the past year, review financial statements, and make decisions on important matters affecting the company.
During AGMs, directors are appointed or re-elected, and shareholders have the opportunity to vote on various resolutions, such as the approval of financial accounts. AGMs also facilitate transparency and accountability within the management structure, allowing Members to raise questions about the company's operations.
Annual General Meetings
AGMs are a key opportunity for shareholders to propose changes to the Articles of Association, ensuring that internal governance remains aligned with the needs and expectations of the shareholders.
